			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As defined Public relations is the practice of managing communications between an organization and it&#8217;s public.  Public Relations gains an organization or an individual exposure to their audience utilizing topics of interest and news that produces a third party endorsement. Commonly through speaking at conferences, working with the media, crisis communications, and social media engagement or client and employee communications.  It is something not usually considered tangible and sets it apart from advertising.  Image is your verbal and non-verbal communication translating to your Public Relation.</p>
<p>Concise Oxford Dictionary, image is described as &#8220;the character or reputation of a person or thing as generally perceived&#8221;. A first impression that is based on non-verbal communication goes a long way in influencing this perception and influences their decisions . Within seconds of someone meeting you, based on a single observed physical trait or behavior,a person will assume to know everything about you (as is explained in the 2003 book <em>Social Psychology</em> by H. Andrew Michener, John D. Delamater, and Daniel J. Myers).</p>

Hollywood worthy Hair utilizes professionally recommended shampoos and conditioners.  After a two-week period of use a noticeable difference is apparent.  Professional products are more cost effective because of the concentration lasting 2-4 months with proper usage.<br />
An amazing thing will happen your hair will be completely manageable.  It is soft, supple and has great sheen.<br />
One of the most important things you can do when you treat your hair with care is wash your hair with professionally recommended shampoo twice and try to shampoo every other day..  You don’t need a ton of the shampoo, just a pea to dime-sized amount on wet hair.  Rub the product in-between your hands evenly distribute then Lather, lather, lather at the scalp (don&#8217;t worry about the ends) using the pads of your fingers.  Then rinse fully. Repeat this step as the first shampoo breaks down products and does not lather as well, the second shampoo cleanses your scalp and do not worry about your ends.</p>
<p>Only a pea to dime- sized amount of conditioner (buy liters or ask if refills are available at a discount if you’re trying to be economical) and work this in by taking your hair into a ponytail and then running your hand down, concentrating on the ends.  Then take your hands and rake them through from the roots to the tips.  Shave your legs, wash your face or scrub your feet with aloof for a bit before rinsing the conditioner out.<br />
When you towel dry, don’t rub… squeeze out the excess water by blotting.  Comb through with a wide toothed comb starting at the ends (this prevents breakage).  Let the styling begin</p>

As, Nelson Mandela once said, &#8220;Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.&#8221; Everything in life starts with you. Developing your personal brand image that people will respect and admire leads to building positive relationships full of opportunities and success.<br />
The first step in developing your personal brand image starts with identifying what you are trying to attract and what obstacles lie in your path for success.
